A note from Bob

I encourage you to be present during your inspection.  As we walk through the property together, we will discuss each room as well as my findings.  I will give you information on such things as the operation of your plumbing, heating and electrical systems as well as how to properly maintain your property.  I recommend asking as many questions as you feel you need to during your inspection, so that you can gain a better knowledge and understanding of what you’re about to purchase.  You should know that the property you have chosen is safe and in a condition that is not going to cause you a significant financial burden from hidden defects.  Remember that this is a big investment and we want you to feel confident on move in day! I look forward to meeting you soon and hope to help you make the most informed decision possible on your new purchase.
